From rear-view mirror to real time: an operating system for restaurant groups
How I solved the problem of scattered data that used to create difficulty in analysis and managing restaurant operations
Designed and shipped an end-to-end platform that unifies a multi-location group's scattered tools POS, labor, reservations, invoices into one role-based view.
From dev tickets to self-serve: rebuilding healthcare provider search
I helped non-technical healthcare administrators configure & manage the provider enrollment application without engineering involvement for search feature
Designed and shipped search feature for admins in US healthcare state agencies to configure provider application
Admin portal for multi tenant restaurant operations platform
Managing a restaurant platform isn't just about restaurants, it's about operating the business behind them. Administrators need a single place to monitor tenants, users, subscriptions, revenue, integrations, and platform health
This project explores how I designed a scalable internal control plane that helps operators understand the state of the platform at a glance while making complex administrative tasks easier to navigate.
Reduced funnel drop off for mutual fund inv. by redesigning a trust decision journey
Users were exploring mutual funds, but struggling to choose and invest so I redesigned the experience to build clarity and confidence and boost conversion.
To boost more conversion and help users to make easy decision, we added a basket curated upon different requirements
